Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Boss and Baby tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
